This document describes how inaciorodrigues.dev.br processes personal data, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and aligned with the GDPR principles.

2. Data collected

On visits, anonymous aggregated data (country, browser, device, pages visited) via Google Analytics, Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights. On the contact form, name, email, message and IP address voluntarily provided. In Mika's chat, the messages you voluntarily send during the conversation and any project/contact data included in them.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Aggregated usage metrics to improve the site (legitimate interest, LGPD art. 7, IX). Direct reply to spontaneous contacts (preliminary procedures initiated by the data subject, art. 7, V).

4. Processors and sharing

Data may be processed by the following operators: Vercel (hosting, analytics, speed insights), Google (GTM and GA4, only after consent), Cloudflare (Turnstile anti-spam), Resend (form and chat email delivery) and OpenAI (processing of Mika chat conversations). No data is sold.

5. Cookies

A single functional first-party cookie (portifolio-cookie-consent) stores the LGPD banner choice for 180 days. Google analytics cookies are only set after explicit consent. Vercel and Cloudflare Turnstile do not use tracking cookies.

6. Retention

Consent cookie: 180 days. Contact messages: kept for the time needed to respond; deleted on request. Analytics metrics: as per each operator's policy.

7. Subject rights (LGPD art. 18)

You may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing and revocation of consent. Requests are answered within 15 business days.
